Powder coating offers all of the durability, production and decoration benefits of anodising, but the use of polyester powders gives a wider range of colours. The process is particularly useful when looking for a highly decorative finish.
At Key Manufacturing we have a powder coating line set up to process parts up to 1.1m long (hanging vertically) or 2m long (hanging horizontally). It allows us to handle high volumes easily. For large, bulky parts a 1.8m batch oven allows us to offer cost effective one-off powder coating jobs.
